There are millions of website available on internet. They are growing everyday, however the design quality is declining. There are few people who really care about designing a creative website. People don’t really want to put a lot of effort in it though, people do not know that it does not need time and idea but right set of tools.
Today, you can have several different ways to execute the design process but depending on what type of design task you’re facing some have pros and some have cons. If you’re designing a lot of pages which requires usability and user-friendly in that case you should start with a mock-up (simple HTML page hierarchy with minimal design to start with). On other hand if you are designing a blog theme with a very sophisticated layout containing many textures and images than there is nothing best than Photoshop.
